教授简介
杨壮教授为校友学院发展基金讲席教授、北大国家发展研究院BiMBA商学院特别顾问、DPS管理博士项目学术主任、CHO100学术顾问。他的研究涉及组织行为学、国际化领导力等领域,他以西方管理学理论与方法为基础,结合中国的新现象、新问题,致力于跨国公司中国战略和中国企业国际化的相关研究,已在国外重要管理杂志上发表学术论文十多篇,并在国内主要商务期刊上开创跨文化管理和领导力专栏。教学方面,杨壮博士教授“领导者的自我认知与领导力”课程,多次被学员评为“最有收获的课程”、“最启发思考的课程”和“最实用的课程”;全面领导北大国家发展研究院的国际游学课程项目,至今已带领学员游历包括美国、德国、日本、台湾等在内的二十多个国家与地区,在对各国历史文化、政治制度、社会组织、经济金融等领域细致考察的基础上,深度反思其兴衰的理路及对中国企业、中国社会发展的启示。
