华晨宝马汽车有限公司成立于2003年5月，是宝马集团和华晨中国汽车控股有限公司共同设立的合资企业，业务涵盖BMW品牌汽车的生产、销售和售后服务。公司的生产厂位于工业基础雄厚的辽宁省沈阳市，在北京设有分公司，销售和服务网络遍及全国。
Position: Management Associates Program Sales & Marketing
Key Objectives:
• Development of potential future managers for the Sales & Marketing division with:
- An international profile.
- Broad know-how of sales processes from a market perspective.
- A good network in Headquarters.
• This is a 24 months program. Candidates will have 18 months rotation experience in host country and 6 months training in headquarter Munich.
Know-how:
• Straight out of university but with some practical and international experiences gained in internships or with up to 3 years of professional experience
• Strong personality (e.g. passion, appearance, lateral thinker)
• Clear leadership competencies distinguishable
• High motivation and performance orientation, will to take over responsibility early and to promote change, will to learn and develop
• International experience of at least 4 months (normally gained in studies and internships abroad) and intercultural competence
• Excellent academic degree (bachelor, master)
• Relevant practical experience
• Extracurricular activities
• English fluent, German is advantage
• High product and brand affinity
• High mental adaptability and flexibility
• Comprehensive thinking and acting and systemic thinking
• Self reflection
• High customer and quality orientation
• Ability to work in a team
• Strong communication capabilities
• „Feet on the ground “
• Readiness for local flexibility, also in an international context

Your perfect start: as a Management Associate with the BMW Group. The BMW Group’s acclaimed Management Associates Programme (MAP) offers the opportunity to jump-start your career within the BMW Group. Within 24 months you will experience strategy, culture, daily business and the BMW Group brands from both a local and global perspective through 4-5 different rotations. You will work in various parts of the company and accomplish international assignments, including 6 months in our headquarter in Munich. Among others, you have the option to work in areas such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Aftersales and Dealer Development.
Your personal mentor, an experienced manager in the BMW Group, will be on hand to support you in finding a professional direction that is right for you and will guide you to develop your individual strengths.
