Position: Research Associate

Founded in 1983 by Professor Michael Porter and colleagues at Harvard Business School, Monitor is a leading global strategy consulting firm. We draw on an extensive network of leading experts and 26 worldwide offices to find innovative solutions. With a well-established China practice, we tailor those solutions to meet the needs of clients operating in the realities of the China market.
Monitor launched its first mainland office in Beijing in 2001 when it had already served clients in the Greater China region for more than seven years from Hong Kong. At the end of 2003, we have continued our growth in China with an additional office in Shanghai.
Program Description:
As an RA, your initial assignments will mainly focus on:
· Participating in team discussions to help identify and frame critical issues
· Gathering data through primary or secondary research and performing individual pieces of analysis
· Helping to create proposals and reports for clients
To support your growth and professional development, we offer structured and on-the-job training programs throughout the year:
· Regional or local orientation on Monitor values, professionalism, and so on
Classroom training in consulting “trade craft”, e.g. business writing, research & interviewing, slide writing, business logic and excel modeling Case team experience and structured feedbackApplication Procedure:
