谢绚丽博士现担任北京大学博雅青年学者、教育部长江青年学者、北京大学国家发展研究院副研究员、北京大学数字金融研究中心高级研究员。她于美国北卡罗莱纳大学教堂山分校(The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill)获战略管理博士学位,北京大学获得工商管理学士和硕士学位。

谢博士的研究方向包括创新创业、数字化转型、海外发展,以及公司治理。她多次承担国家自然科学基金、社会科学基金、教育部等研究课题,研究成果发表于Strategic Management Journal、Organization Science、Journal of International Business Studies、Journal of Management、Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal、《管理世界》、《南开管理评论》等国内外顶级期刊,主持“中国商业银行数字化转型”、“中国便民缴费产业报告”、“新经济与性别平等” 等多个智库研究项目。

谢博士为MBA、本科和研究生教授《创业管理》及《战略管理》等课程,曾邀请王志东、陈宏、朱啸虎等几十位创业者和投资人走进课堂,并带领学生深入和睦家、创新工场、滴滴等企业进行现地教学。她还对大量企业进行深入访谈和案例研究,出版了《协同创新:理论、模式与系统》,《科技赋能:中国数字金融的商业实践》等著作,案例《布丁酒店:发现酒店业的蓝海》收录于中国工商管理国际案例库。
