2012 Summer Intern wanted by Sequoia Capital

Company background:
Sequoia Capital is a top Venture Capital Firm with offices in the US, China, India, and Israe. We are seeking a full time associate or analyst and 2012 summer intern for offices.

Location: Beijing/Shanghai/Other cities in China mainland


Responsibilities:
Evaluating, conducting due diligence, negotiating and executing direct investment transactions
Researching target investment industries and markets
Assisting portfolio companies to succeed


Requirements:
Covering TMT/Consumer/Healthcare/New energy sectors with at least 4 years experience;
3+ years prior work experience at a local investment bank, RMB fund, management consultancy, top multi-national firm or leadership role in entrepreneurial firm
Deal sourcing ability preferred but not required
CFA qualification an advantage


Personal attributes:
Excellent presentation skills, in both their local language and English
Ambitious
Driven
