主讲人简介：
黄群慧，中国社会科学院经济研究所所长、研究员、博士生导师，《经济研究》主编、《经济学动态》主编，兼任中国企业管理研究会副会长、理事长，国家“十四五”规划专家委员会委员，国家制造强国建设战略咨询委员会委员，国务院反垄断委员会专家咨询组成员。享受国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴，入选“百千万人才工程”国家级人选，荣获“国家级有突出贡献的中青年专家”称号、文化名家暨“四个一批”人才、“万人计划”国家社会科学领军人才。主要研究领域为产业经济、企业管理等。曾主持国家社会科学基金重大项目3项及其它研究项目多项。迄今为止，已在《中国社会科学》、《经济研究》等学术刊物公开发表论文三百余篇，撰写《新时期全面深化国有经济改革研究》、《工业化后期的中国工业经济》、《企业家激励约束与国有企业改革》《新工业革命：理论逻辑与战略视野》等专著30余部。其成果曾获孙冶方经济科学奖、张培刚发展经济学奖、蒋一苇企业改革与发展学术基金奖、“三个一百”原创图书奖、中国社科院优秀科研成果二等奖等。
Professor Huang Qunhui is a Senior Research Fellow and Director-General of the Institute of Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). He is Editor-in-Chief of Economic Research Journal and Economic Perspectives, Vice President and Director of the Chinese Institute of Business Administration, Member of the National Expert Committee on the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan of China, Member of the National Manufacturing Strategy Advisory Committee, Expert of the Advisory Group of the State Council Anti-Monopoly Commission. He enjoys special government allowances granted by the State Council. He has been selected as a national candidate of the “Millions of Talents Program” of China and has been awarded the title of “National Young and Middle-Aged Expert with Outstanding Contributions”. Also, he has been selected as a national leading talent for philosophy and social sciences of China’s “Ten Thousand Talents Plan” and a national talent of China’s “Cultural Celebrities and Cultural Publicity Talents Program”. His research work mainly focuses on such fields as industrial economics and business administration. He has taken the lead in three major projects of the National Social Science Fund of China as well as many other important research projects. He has published over 300 papers in academic journals such as Social Sciences in China and Economic Research Journal, and authored more than 30 books, including Study on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of State-Owned Economy in a New Era, China’s Industrial Economy in the Advance Stage of Industrialization, Entrepreneurial Incentives and Constraints and the Reform of State-Owned Enterprises, and The New Industrial Revolution: Theoretical Logic and Strategic Vision. He has won the Sun Yefang Economics Prize, the Zhang Peigang Development Economics Prize, the Award of the Jiang Yiwei Academic Fund for Enterprise Reform and Development, the Award of the National Publishing Project for One Hundred Original Books, the Second Prize for Outstanding Research Achievements of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and so forth for his research work.
