题目：Move Out of the Land: Certification and Migration in China
摘要：Motivated by the emphasis on secure property right as an efficient way of alleviating capital misallocation which is a secure problem in developing countries, we use the fixed effect model to assess the impact of land certification program on adjustment to labour and land allocation in China. We find that the land certification program reallocates both labour and land in a more efficient way. However, these resource reallocations do not result in welfare gains for rural residents.
主讲人简介：高叙文，浙江大学中国农村发展研究院博士生，美国哈佛大学访问学者，主要研究方向为发展经济学，尤其是中国土地制度相关问题。研究成果发表于《管理世界》等期刊。
