Position: Financial Analyst

Location: Beijing

Cisco’s Finance organization provides insight and analysis to guide the company’s strategic positioning. Cisco Finance professionals are valued as dynamic and influential business leaders, which drive shareholder value.

The position is under Cisco New Graduate program which provides an environment in which the participants will gain:

Experience: Program participants will rotate through several Finance roles determined by their area of interest and current business needs. Participants will also have an opportunity to drive several team-based projects and complete individual stretch assignments.

Exposure: Located in China, participants will collaborate and interact with senior leadership, managers, cross-functional teams, and other Finance Program professionals.

Education: In addition to core projects, participants will increase their skill level and business acumen by engaging in professional development workshops, function specific training, and business seminars.

With role rotation, Responsibilities may include but not limit to:

- Provide financial analysis and guidance on business performance for monthly/quarterly business reviews and decision making
- Business partnering with the business team to drive and review balanced scorecard targets achievement.
- Partner with business team to manage forecast to achieve higher forecast accuracy.
- Provide training to business team on financial policies and processes update
- Drive operational excellence in related processes and tools, and ensuring SOX and Internal Audit compliance.
- Collaborate with other teams on cross functional projects

Desired candidates will have:

1.MBA or Master with a concentration in Finance
2.Minimum of three years relevant work experience between completion of a Bachelors program and completion of a MBA/Master program
3.Demonstrated evidence of excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive change
4.Strategic thinking acumen even for tactical assignments
5.Strong financial acumen and familiarity with technology
6.Proven track record of delivering results
7.Capability to take on increased work load and responsibilities in both scope and scale
8.Learning agility to process information, apply new ideas, and change approach as necessary
9.Desire to work towards increased responsibility and influence
10.Ability to earn trust from multiple audiences and be acknowledged by peers as both effective and trustworthy
11.Openness to listening to and acting on constructive feedback
12.Ability to embrace change and work effectively with ambiguity
13.Strong communication and presentation skills
14.Self starter and ability to forge relationships with business partners
