Job Opening from an Investment Firm--Junior Research Analyst

We are a major investment firm looking to hire a Junior Research Analyst -- Korea market focus. (This is a Singapore-based role).   Responsibilities: - Conduct research and analysis on diverse sectors/industries in the Korean market space. - Work closely with portfolio manager to generate trade ideas and pro-actively propose/support recommendations. - Develop to be the point of reference for the Korean market space within the team. - On a secondary basis, provide back-up support in China market research -- But, not the focus of this role.   Requirements: - University graduate(GPA of 3.6 and above), with 0-2 years experience. - Keen interest and sound literacy of the financial markets. - Highly analytical/ Able to multi-task/ Interactive team player/ Flexible work attitude. - Strong spreadsheet skills, a plus. - Ideally a Korean national, with conversational Mandarin. - Willing to consider a Chinese national, with strong command of Korean language(written/verbal) and in-depth general understanding of Korea as a country.   Please send resume to email address: alternatives_77@yahoo.com, and cc career@ccer.edu.cn before Nov.4, 2010.
