朱丽

朱丽,北大国发院副研究员。

主持或参与中国博士后基金项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自科基金应急项目、国家社会科学基金项目、科技部国家软科学项目、教育部人文社会科学基金项目、北京市自然科学基金项目等十余项。学术观点被China Daily等国内外媒体报道,智库三项成果分别经商务部综合采纳后上报获国务院领导批示、经商务部综合分析上报并被国办采纳、经商务部综合分析后批示。

在Academy of Management Journal、Journal of Applied Psychology、Asia Pacific Journal of Management 、The Leadership Quarterly、International Journal of Human Resource Management、《管理世界》、《管理学报》、《心理学报》等期刊发表中英文论文三十余篇。英文论文荣获美国管理学年会3篇AOM-Best paper、提名 “Scholarly Achievement Award”(2024 AOM)、提名 “Carolyn B. Dexter Award” (2024 AOM)、荣获“Future of Work Research Prize” (2024)、其他会议Excellent Paper Award两次。中文论文获人大复印期刊转载五次,以及优秀论文三次。

中国人民大学商学院管理学博士、丹麦奥胡斯大学(Aarhus University)国家公派联合培养博士、中国科学院大学管理科学与工程博士后、北京大学国家发展研究院应用经济学博士后。曾获得北京大学校级“优秀博士后”荣誉称号、中科院经管学院科研工作者优秀个人。撰写图书十余部,合著图书两次获得机械工业出版社优秀图书一等奖、荣登机工社大众社科好书榜、年度精品阅读好书榜;万誉图书年度十大管理图书、荣获财资中国年度好书奖。自博士阶段起持续参与企业沙盘课程培训,首创沙盘+AI创新课程,获北京大学教学比赛优秀奖。课程培训包含:MBA/DBA/企业高管项目培训等。
