诚邀在城市经济学、贸易经济学、空间经济学或经济地理学领域具有突出研究能力的优秀人才加入研究团队。研究核心议题为发展中国家交通基础设施的经济效应及优化路径。研究工作主要围绕中国及“一带一路”沿线国家的交通基础设施建设展开，运用地理大数据、人工智能、数量空间经济学模型及计量经济学方法，深入分析其对经济发展的长期影响。

年薪标准（Annual Salary）

工资及福利待遇按北京大学博士后相关规定及办法执行。税前收入不低于每年20万，如果候选人入选北大博雅博士后计划，税前收入不低于每年28万元。科研发表成果给予相应奖励。

按照学校政策享受博士后公寓或租房补贴6万元/年。

鼓励博士后申请各类博后项目、研究经费或奖励经费，如北大博雅博后、国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金等。提供出国参加国际会议等访问交流机会。

按照国家和学校相关规定，享受户口迁移、子女入学等政策。

职位描述（Position Description）

与导师合作一起开展交通基础设施对于经济活动的影响的研究，参与空间经济数量经济模型的构建、参数估计和反事实分析。

合作完成具有高水平发表潜质的研究论文。

候选人基本条件（Basic Qualifications）

年龄不超过35周岁、获得博士学位不超过3年（含应届毕业的博士），符合北京大学博士后招收条件；

已获得经济学或者相关领域博士学位和学历；

具有良好的科研项目工作经历，有海外学习经历者优先考虑；

对科研工作有浓厚兴趣，具有良好的思想品质、学术道德、团队合作意识和职业精神，并且勇于创新和不断进取；

核心研究技能要求

对数量空间经济学模型（Quantitative Spatial Equilibrium Models, QSM）有深入的研究，尤其是在理解交通设施对经济活动的一般均衡影响方面有研究经验

使用MATLAB/Python/Julia等语言进行结构方程估计和反事实分析

使用STATA或者R语言进行统计分析

掌握空间数据分析技术（使用Python语言处理GIS和遥感数据）

候选人附加条件(Additional Qualifications)

发表过高水平论文者优先

具有发展中国家问题研究经验者优先

能熟练运用英语开展国际学术合作

Research Specialty/Area

We warmly invite outstanding researchers with strong expertise in urban economics, trade economics, spatial economics, or economic geography to join our research team. The core research theme focuses on the economic impacts and optimization of transportation infrastructure in developing countries. Our projects primarily concern China and countries along the Belt and Road Initiative, utilizing geographical big data and quantitative methods to address critical economic issues.

Annual Salary

- Compensation and benefits follow Peking University’s policies for postdoctoral researchers. The gross annual salary is no less than RMB 200,000.
- If selected for the Peking University “Boya” Postdoctoral Fellowship, the gross annual salary is no less than RMB 280,000.
- Additional incentives for published research outputs.
- Housing or a housing allowance of RMB 60,000/year.
- Encouraged to apply for various funding programs, with support for attending international conferences.
- Eligible for household registration (hukou) transfer and assistance with children’s education.

Position Description

- Collaborate on research related to transportation infrastructure's impact on economic activities.
- Develop quantitative spatial economic models, parameter estimation, and counterfactual analyses.
- Collaborate on research papers aimed at high-quality academic journals.

Basic Qualifications

1. Age below 35, Ph.D. received within past three years (including current doctoral candidates).
2. Ph.D. in economics or related field.
3. Strong research background; international study experience preferred.
4. Interest in research, integrity, teamwork, ethics, and innovation.

Core Research Skills

- Knowledge of Quantitative Spatial Equilibrium Models (QSM).
- MATLAB/Python/Julia proficiency.
- Statistical analysis using STATA or R.
- GIS and remote-sensing data analysis with Python.

Additional Qualifications

- High-quality academic publications.
- Experience with research on developing countries preferred.
- Strong English proficiency.
