讲座题目：Nonmarket strategy for entrepreneurial firms

讲座内容：While traditional perspectives in strategy and entrepreneurship often suggest that entrepreneurial firms concentrate predominantly on market initiatives and competition, recent insights underscore the necessity of understanding how these firms navigate regulatory uncertainties. In this seminar, I will delve into the factors that drive entrepreneurial firms to adopt nonmarket strategies and investigate how innovation influences their political activities. This exploration is based on my research conducted within both Chinese and global contexts.

主讲人简介：

Dr. Jiamin Zhang is an Associate Professor at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. Her research primarily focuses on entrepreneurial investment and technological innovation management. Her work has appeared in leading management journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of Management, and Journal of Business Ethics. She currently serves as a Senior Editor at Management and Organization Review.
