美国美亚保险公司（AIU）是公司股票市值逾千亿美元的美国国际集团(AIG)在海外经营产险及责任险的保险机构，著名的友邦保险（AIA）为美国国际集团(AIG)在东南亚经营人寿保险的子公司。美国美亚保险公司总公司设于美国纽约市，其东南亚及大中华地区总部设于香港, 名列世界五百强公司前列。美亚保险公司历年荣获标准普尔公司的最高财务能力及信贷等级评级“AAA”。
