Internship from a PE firm---Quad-C Management
Job Title: Private Equity Intern

Working time: Starting from beginning of October, two days a week at least

Hiring Manager: DirectorCOMPANY DESCRIPTION:
Quad-C Management (http://www.quadcmanagement.com) is a US private equity investment firm with 20 years of excellent track record. The firm has generated annual gross returns for investors of approximately 40% since the firm's inception, consistently being ranked in the top quartile of PE funds in the U.S. The firm has invested in over 40 platform companies and completed more than 100 transactions, valued in excess of $4.5 billion. We have approximately $2 billion in capital under management and are currently investing Quad-C Partners VII, L.P., an investment fund with committed equity capital of approximately $1 billion. Quad-C entered China market in late 2008 and currently has an office in Beijing.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the investment team in market and company attractiveness assessment. Specific tasks may include literature research, customer visits, channel check, etc. in order to better understand and verify market/company attractiveness findings.
Assist the investment team in financial modeling, and commercial due diligence.REQUIREMENTS:
Strong drive and motivation, great integrity and work ethics.
Strong financial skills (e.g. modeling) and business analytical skills are required. Preferred prior background/experience include (but is not limited to) Big 4 accounting, investment banking, management consulting, VC/PE, corporate M&A, and market research.
