TIAN Chuan is an assistant research fellow of National Center for Climate Change Strategy and International Cooperation (NCSC). She has worked for the Strategy and Planning Department of NCSC since 2012. Her major research areas are strategies and plans on addressing climate change, low-carbon policies, scenario analysis of energy and carbon emission, and carbon capture, storage and utilization (CCUS) policies. Ms. Tian has taken part in such major research programs as “China’s Macro Strategy on Low-Carbon Development”, “China’s Low-Carbon Transition Outlook 2030” and “Research on work program of CCUS in 13-FYP”. She also participated in drafting key climate change policy documents like Work Plan for Controlling Greenhouse Gas Emissions During the 13th Five-Year Plan Period.
